  For the mess they have there in the office paperwork they deserve minus 5 stars, i bought a car on may 5th and received 20 day out of state temporary plate, i called after two weeks asking if they have my title and the answer was no and was told don't worry if anything will give you another temp plate, on may 17th they called my and told my that they just FedEx my title to me, on may 21, 2 days before temp expires i called and asked for tracking number of the package and i was told that they will get back to me on that and after couple hours i received a call that they have it in the office and i have to come and pick it up now im left with no temporary plate, and i asked for extension on the temp plate because i have to do inspection before registration in CT i was told that's not their problem and deal with it SO MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE :)
