  I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly, immigrant father who was taken advantage of by Anax Auto Sales and their owner Christos Evans Agrapidis. His situation is identical to the complaints filed by others here on Google Reviews, and the complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau, posted to Anax’s profile. My father’s car also broke down on the drive home after purchase. Mechanic-review deemed the vehicle un-operable and un-safe without repairs that would cost my father up to 50% of the total purchase price. The same mechanic also rendered the car as “un-sale-able" according to the New Jersey State automobile-selling standards. Chris at Anax claims no responsibility, no refund, and refuses to cover any necessary repairs to make it safe or drivable. The complaints posted to Better Business Bureau, whose details have now since disappeared, all suffered the same result. The details on other Google Reviews have now also since disappeared, but again, are also identical in nature with vehicle malfunction immediately after-purchase. Buyers, please beware. This business is not accredited and they have consistent negative complaints of predatory practices. Stay away.
