  I'm not sure about all these bad reviews I see on here because my experience was fine! I was late for my appointment by 15 minutes. I didn't know if I would be told to reschedule and they would have had every right to do so. Instead I was met with a nice smile and told its no problem. He explained how a heavy machine would go on my windshield and may make the crack bigger it's a chance of it......everything was explained fine. Quick and friendly service, waited in the waiting area. I signed an obvious waiver and told how much my warranty would be charged for this repair...$80
